2 White or Yellow Peaches

1/4 Cup of Caster Sugar

1/3 Cup of Lime Juice

Combine the above in a pan over low heat.
Cook for 5-8 minutes.
When cool blend and place in the fridge.
Take 4 glasses and add some sliced peaches and raspberries.
In a jug, mix the peach mixture with 1/2 a cup of Two Accents Dry Gin.
Divide the mix between the glasses, add ice, sparkling water and mint.

30 ml Two Accents Dry Gin

110 ml Moscato
-
Add ice to your glass.

Garnish with mint and lime

20 ml Two Accents Dry Gin

2 Dashes of Sugar Syrup

Slug of Lemon Juice

Combine Gin, Sugar Syrup, Lemon Juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled champagne glass.
Top up with Champagne and stir gently.
Serve with a curl of lemon peel.
