Your purchase is normally dispatched via Fastaway Courier Services the following business day. Delivery to metropolitan areas will take 3-7 business days. In the event of an extended heat period we may delay deliveries. We will contact you in this instance.

We are also unable to accept return of goods that were damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or goods that were ordered in error.
