We created this expression to celebrate the Barossa’s big, bold rockstar reds.
Our craft Shiraz Gin is double distilled in a copper pot still using Riverland citrus, caraway, and apples. We then add Cimicky Wines’ ultra-premium Shiraz which results in a well-balanced, smooth, flavoursome gin.
Fresh berries, citrus forward.
Its flavour profile is revealed in the intensity and aromatic tones of citrus, caraway, and apples to complement the Shiraz inclusion.
Perfectly balanced with a distinct back note which provides a warming finish.
