Barrel-Aged Shiraz Gin
We created this expression to celebrate the Barossa’s big, bold rockstar reds.
Our limited release Two Accents Barrel-Aged Shiraz Gin has been batch-distilled in a Copper Pot Still and is crafted using hand selected botanics and world-renowned Barossa Shiraz.
Our Shiraz Gin is then placed in five-year-old Shiraz American oak barrels for a minimum of three months, creating a smooth vanilla, caramel and charred oak finish.
Caramel, oak with light citrus overtones and wafts of intoxicating berries.
Underlying vanilla, caramel and charred oak flavours that complements and adds further complexity.
Intertwining flavours of sweet berries and caramel, then a smoky finish.
